About Us
Midland Meadows is located in Ona, West Virginia, just east of Huntington between Barboursville and Milton. Our 62-unit community is nestled on 35 quiet rolling acres just off of US Route 60.
Our assisted living community is professionally staffed with licensed nurses 24 hours per day. Our comfortable apartments, full range of services, and medical support are designed to accommodate residents increasing health care needs as they stay at Midland Meadows.
We provide three styles of apartments for our residents. There are one room, two room, and three room apartments available. All of our apartments are equipped with a kitchenette and private bath.
Residents and families are encouraged to make our apartments just like home. You may decorate them to match your tastes. We want you to be proud of your new home and feel free to invite guests.
Directions:
From Charleston (Approximately 21 miles):- I-64 west to exit 28, Milton
- Bottom of ramp make left turn
- Go to stop light, jct. Rt.60, turn right onto Rt.60 west
- Go approximately 4.5 miles, will see small restaurant, small nursery, and then a truck shop on left.
- Make left onto paved road just past truck shop.
- I-64 east to exit 20 A or B, Barboursville Mall
- Bottom of ramp make left turn
- Go to stop light, jct. Rt.60, turn left onto Rt.60 east
- Go approximately 3 miles, will see Cabell Midland High School on the left, EMS station on the right
- Turn right onto paved road just past the EMS station.
If you know where Cabell Midland High School is located, then we are behind the hill across from Cabell Midland High School. You will not see us from Rt.60.
